I've been going to Fitness Avenue for over 10 years now. I love it. Jodi & her Trainers are so professional, adjusting to personal injury or limitations constantly, pushing when a push is needed & forever encouraging. I have mostly done the small group circuit training - in all the time I have been going to Fitness Avenue I have never done the same workout twice!!!

Robyn is approaching her 10 year anniversary with us & still going strong. Robyn started over 9years ago with her daughter at our ‘Outdoor mum’s & bubs’ just to try it out. Never did she imagine that lifting weights & getting fit would be enjoyable, empowering & become a part of her life.
I’ve been training at Fitness Avenue for the past 9 years & have now incorporated my two sessions a week into my lifestyle. Keeping up these sessions, with such excellent trainers, I am able to continue being active, fit & very strong which is great for this age.
For me, a small gym is perfect as I appreciate the trainers observing and correcting posture and providing the great encouragement which they always do. Even though there are times I really haven’t wanted to go to a session, I always show up & guaranteed to leave feeling great. I highly recommend Fitness Avenue..

I’ve been going to Fitness Avenue for 14 years now & still love my sessions. All the trainers are excellent. I always feel looked after & always given alternatives when my back is playing up. Sessions always vary & are upbeat. I love the smaller groups & the supportive, friendly atmosphere. There’s always a familiar face in the group. Thanks to Fitness Ave my body feels much stronger & fitter’

Thanks to the great trainers & coaches, I smashed it, which has helped me to feel both physically & mentally stronger. I lost 4.6kgs, 11.5cm off my mid section, improved my 500m Row by 39 secs & improved my Wall sit by 1min 23secs. I have shifted habits & I will now only drink alcohol in social situations & will continue on without sugary treats. I’m even hoping to build strength to do a 5km fun run. I’m so grateful to my coach, Jodi, who kept me accountable & was so encouraging throughout. I love the Fitness Avenue tribe & am so glad to have finally found somewhere I’m able to build my strength. My lower back has given me grief historically but is so much better now that I have built strength around it & have a stronger core. Thank you to Jodi and the fabulous FA team
